Anxiety Healing, a Toronto-based psychotherapy practice, helps individuals overcome panic attacks, social anxiety, phobias, and addictions. Tasked with creating a visual identity that conveyed warmth, safety, hope, and connection, we developed a brand rooted in organic symbolism and emotional resonance.

Inspired by nature and the founder’s insight that “growth happens underneath the surface” the identity features a tree-inspired logo with visible roots, a calming nature-based color palette, and rounded, organic typography.

This cohesive identity not only authentically reflects Anxiety Healing’s values but also differentiates the practice in a crowded market, building trust and fostering deeper connections with its audience.
